Animacion de Scrolls elementales

Hola buenas
-Bueno como ustedes ya sabrán al usar un scroll de cualquier elemento este se consume y ya... no tiene mas ciencia pero a la hora de consumir este ítem, no aparece el tiempo que dura ni tampoco una animación como se muestra al dar bufos como por ejemplo blessing.

- Me gustaría que agregaran esta animación al consumir un scroll elemental y su tiempo de duración.
